pre production

Budgeting
We had no budget at all towards our project, which made things difficult towards how we produced it. we did list how much all the props would be altogether if we have had paid for them, we also would have listed all receipts owned but we didn't have any to show, along with this we all had free travel to our location due to it being at college and having the free bus passes we claimed earlier in the year.

Risk Assessment

We used this form to assess the risk of injury and or damage to a person/s or location; luckily there was no damage to either within our project. Regardless it is a necessity to use this to practice how to make sure everyone is safe and secure in the future, we made a list on the sheet of the possible dangers and risks, once we wrote them all down we analysed how to neutralize them or make them safer.

Location Release Ideas & Photos

These papers are to show the locations of where we filmed our project, it also shows how much power the room can supply which is essential to know and distance from home which is also a good idea to list as it will show the talent how far it is from them, making an easy understanding for them if its too far away from them it also shows the time of day its available and any special arrangements.

Release For Location

This is important because without this Minors wouldn't be able to film in certain areas; as the majority of us were minors it is essential for us as there would be a limited amount of places to record, if you're 18 or over then you DO NOT need a parent or guardians consent, it is against the law to film with Minors in certain areas without an adults consent. It also states who will be on the premises while filming and also acts as a mutual contract to say that the area of filming will be left as it was found.
